Mustard Yellow

Why do they call it mustard yellow? It sounds so icky...But it's really very pretty. I've been looking for a sweater in this color for a while and ended up getting one at Kendi's shop Bloom last week. I'm deeply in love already. I know that sounds like an exaggeration. But it's not. That's all you need to know. You should probably get in your car right now and go get yourself one. It comes in a lovely blue as well. It's cozy and warm and a beautiful color. Exactly what I wanted.

Pink and Cheetah

I'm obsessed with my new cheetah print blouse from Banana. I love accessorizing outfits with cheetah print pieces but oddly this may be my first piece of clothing...and I'm pretty excited about it.

P.S. These pictures also make me think I should probably get my hair done soon. Sorry 'bout those roots!

Product Review: Something Shiny

As you will find out about me, I have a thing for anything shiny, sparkly, and shimmery. It's as if I am drawn toward these things by an unknown force. So when I saw Kailey's post about butter LONDON's new holiday color KNEES UP I knew I wanted to try it out. Also note, anything that reminds me that the holidays are just around the corner is okay in my book! Well, while browsing Ulta the other day I came across their new holiday colors and found this:

It's very similar to the butter LONDON color but for half the price. This was my first time trying out the Ulta Nail Lacquer and I was pleasantly surprised. The polish went of very smooth and dried fairly quickly. The color was a vibrant ruby red with a little shimmer to it. Will definitely be trying out more of their colors from now on. I think it's just as good if not better than some of the other high end polishes out there that are much pricier. Go try it out. And let me know what you think!

Boot Lovin'

I'm more happy than you know that Texas winter weather has finally shown it's face around here. I love breaking out the boots for the first time. Get used to seeing them. They will not be leaving my feet for the next few months.

Feeling Very J.Crew

Sometimes you just need a little color in your life.  Plus they make me feel very JCrew. Which is never a bad thing.
